I don’t think this sounds like the book for me, but I admire a writer who can make relatable characters! I am also intrigued by the idea of summer’s choice to keep her babies or not. I think many sci-fi lovers will want to read this book for themselves! I also think people interested in global climate change might like this book!

I love the pace of the book with the storyline and it's plots. The issue of climate change is one to understand to make the world a better place. Nice review.

I really enjoy reading dystopian science fiction novels. Even though the theme of a future that lacks water due to environmental issues isn't unique, the character development is something that catches my attention. Thanks for the informative review!

I recently read another of this author's book that - most likely and, most importantly, frighteningly - is not too far fetched. I like the near-futuristic premises that this author builds her fantasy on. This one sounds like it will carry me away for quite a few evenings...

Thank you for such a thorough, rich, and inviting review!

Thank you for your review. But I’ll pass, not into Sci-Fi.

Although there are several books and movies that are futuristic with population and resource control, I always find them interesting. There is usually a lot of creativity in them. This book sounds just as interesting and I’m curious to see how it develops.

It is really hard to choose which is which when chaos arrived. I just hope that Summer Hurst, her husband, Jake Hurst, the unborn children, and all the others survive the famine and greed of Forge Corporation.
Reading is a journey to the world.

Books that address topics that involve climate change and its effects are definitely worthy of attention. I am excited to discover how the book's plot which seems to typify population management develops. Sounds like the unborn promises to be a compelling read. Thanks for the engaging review.

The premise of this book is kind of like if Atwood's "The Handmaid's Tale" and the "MaddAddam Trilogy" were combined into one story. However, I'm a bit burnt out on books that begin with an environmental disaster. Thanks for the review.

The storyline sounds very engaging and intriguing as well. How does Jake and his wife handle the issues? I'll love to read this book to find out.

Although aware of climate change I consider man made climate change the new religion and am a skeptic. The scientific world is bitterly divided on the subject and I am not convinced. Not a book for me by a long run. However I am always open to a frank exchange of ideas and willing to listen to different points of view.
