I think that the loving Father is limited by the actions of His children when He makes difficult decisions as a result of their behavior, and the children react to His judgment.

What is your opinion on the context of this book in relation to the description of God, "God the Father is limited by His children's actions and His Children are limited by His actions as well"?.

It is much more difficult to be a father than to be a judge. You get limited in actions that normally should be very simple and logical. It is not easy to punish a child or watch a child suffer for long.

I don't get where this concept is coming from, and I can't put myself in the place to determine who limits who. God loves us his children unconditionally it's let for us his children to accept this love.

It sounds like very uncommon theology. Much of the foundation of Christianity rests on the building block of God being an omnipotent, omniscient Creator. The interpretation that I would glean from this statement that still fits widely accepted Christian theology would be that God is limited only in the knowledge that he has given His children free will. He CAN step in, but He doesn't always because people are free to make their own choices. It is a controversial statement to connect to a book that hinges on religion.

I don’t think that the actions of either are limited. Those who are truly God’s children have the ability to do whatever they want, but try as hard as they can to do His will and keep His commandments. He, in turn, does what is right and in His childrens’ best interests no matter what they do.

I've always known God has a loving father though the author's approach is different, God gave us freewill
