The stories of Cleopatra were always interesting to read. I love the way the author makes this book understandable through the use of diagrams and pictures. Thanks for the great review.

I'm not too interested in books about Egyptian antiquity or about books that feature the birth of Jesus. So I'll be skipping this one. Nevertheless, I'd like to offer congratulations to the author on BOTD.

'Official Review: Caspar: Last of the Magi' by Fred Fraikor is a vivid description of the historical fiction story for readers. The reactions to the book provided by the reviewer are noteworthy for readers. The point that the book sheds light on the legendary Cleopatra, the Roman empire, Caesar Augustus, King Herod, Octavius, Agrippa, the Magi from the East amongst several other legends and popular historical events is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the maps in the book are helpful in understanding the connection between the places, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the story was exciting, the characters were real, and the readers gain many historical insights through the book!

I have never read much about Cleopatra and this seems like a book to start on with. The Roman Empire was famous and is still talked about to this day, and it's impact is still felt across the world, so this book is just as important as you have pointed out.

I have forgotten things about Cleopatra so I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to reacquaint myself with her story: her rise and fall. This is relevant because of what’s happening nowadays in many parts of the world where countries try to overcome one another for power and clout.

I just finished reading a book that gave similar illustrations and maps before each chapter of the book. I found it very interesting and added to my comprehension of the book. Great review and congrats to the author on #BOTD!

I have heard so much about the Roman Empire and the rise and fall of Cleopatra. Unfortunately, I have not got to read much about it. Hence, I think this book will be an exciting experience for me. Congrats to the author on being the #BOTD!

I really enjoy historical books and this one was a delight to sample. The main character, Caspar, was unsure what his future would be and the invitation he received from the queen, Cleopatra, was a life changing point. He quickly learned that dealing with powerful people could bring his wealth or could end in his death. I have read other books and watched movies about Roman times but there is always something new to learn about Caeser Augustus and Cleopatra. I would like to read the entire book and will add it to my to-read book shelf.

The book explores historical information that might have been misunderstood. I love the author's clarification, in the introduction, at the beginning of the book.

Historical fiction is always an interesting read for me. Moreso, one about the Roman empire. I believe that while the story well told would draw in readers, there's be some nuggets to learn also. Thanks for your review.
