This kind of story was something I'd never really encountered in the past books that I had read. And I am into characters whose psychological state was not easy to fathom. I just love their unique perspective in some things. I would surely love this book, thank you for you review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting and strange science fiction novel set in the future following a psychotic anti-hero and his companion/pet, a genetically modified fox child, as they plot to destroy the current state of society. It does not help when the main character is delusional and thinks he is devil and that the way to save humanity is through him. Will he succeed in his delusion or will his companion keep him grounded in reality? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

In 2084, the story seems to revolve around a psychotic protagonist who wants to change the world according to his whims and fancies, and I would like to observe the other side of this futuristic world.

"2084" is book two of this series and the villain is a psychotic protagonist. Dune is a master philosopher and a psychotic genius that believes he is the devil and that humanity's only way out of Hell is through him. Fennec, Dune's lover, was genetically modified to look like a fox. The author combined elements of novels like 1984, Gattaca, The Giver and Hunger Games and turned them into a mind-bending reality. The official reviewer believes the story will resonate in reader's brains for years to come. A futuristic book that hopefully does not come true.

Excellent review! Given your description of this book, a reader would have to be willing to fully invest in the viewpoint and goals of the protagonist, Dune. It sounds like the author succeeded in making this possible. It sounds dark but engaging.
