Excellent review! Given your description of this book, a reader would have to be willing to fully invest in the viewpoint and goals of the protagonist, Dune. It sounds like the author succeeded in making this possible. It sounds dark but engaging.Whether you’re huddling under a maintenance ladder while chaos runs rampant around you or delving through dark tunnels, you see through Dune’s eyes and live within his mind. The experience is rich, surreal, and sometimes disturbing.
