I read all of the House of Night Books. I love the story, but not the language! I have to put it in the back of my mind so I can enjoy the plot fully.fever33 wrote:some of my other favorite authors include:

One author I love is John Green. He's amazing. His writing is unique and he's the only author I've ever read that can make me cry and laugh so much. Some of his books deal with serious issues but he can still make you laugh. And my gosh do you fall in love with his characters.
Sophie Kinsella is another favorite of mine. She is so hilarious and her characters are some of the absolute best. Seriously amazing characters.
Where vampires are concerned I adore Richelle Mead.
New Adult I am obsessed with Jay Crownover.
Contemporary I'm in love with Tammara Webber and Sarah Billington.

Right now, it would have to be Haruki Murakami - I can't seem to want to read anything else. Before him, it was Ryu Murakami. Before him, it was Kurt Vonnegut.
And I have adored Bulgakov and Dostoyevsky's novels ever since I first read them!
