I totally agree with you here. Every field has its own jargon. One can't really blame the author for using them. It is only in using those jargons that the essence of the subject can be fully seen. He did try to throw more light on some of them.Sarrikoziol wrote: ↑03 Nov 2020, 04:58 I found myself in the middle ground here. I felt at times it got to be a bit much, but seemed to be relevant to the book itself. With every profession, there is jargon. I think it was the hardest to understand in comparison to the explanations. As the book went on, it was easier to catch what was being said and the meanings. However by the time I finished, I found I was still questioning things.

Very true! The complexity of the science aspects depends on if one is in the science field. As a matter of fact, it gets easier if one has prior knowledge of quantum physics. People who have knowledge of quantum physics will have nothing to complain of.EnobongGold wrote: ↑04 Nov 2020, 17:39 Anyone that has no knowledge of Science will see the Physics topic as complex, I think it is complex to those that are not familiar with quantum Physics.

I feel really bad for you. I can imagine how frustrating it was for you to understand a lot of things when you were reading the book. If the author had simplified some of those concept on quantum physics, it would have been a lot easier for you.Kirsi_78 wrote: ↑12 Nov 2020, 05:03 I found quantum physics too complicated, and had to concentrate really hard while reading. I didn’t have almost any knowledge about this topic before, and this did disturb the flow of reading the story. I suppose that’s why I didn’t particularly enjoy reading this book. In order to make the book more friendly to the big audience, the author could have left some of it out. I do realize this book might then not be quite the same.

In my opinion, the book is a learning opportunity for everyone who reads it, irrespective of if the reader is science inclined or not. There is always a lot to learn from any book and in any field. It's good that you found the theories understandable.
