I have never read it but I have seen the movies I think once you start reading a lot of romance you realize that this trop is done a lot.

You must read the Fifty Shades of Grey series if you like romance and erotic books. If you are a feminist, then you might not like this book. If you read it just for the storyline, there's a higher chance of liking the books. If you enjoy seeing a genuine connection between two characters and them going against all odds to stay with each other, then you will enjoy these books. Thank you for your question. Hello Amanda.
If you want to read such books, try Lee Jacquot's Holinight Novellas. The Proposal by L. Steele also has these themes. Another recommendation are the books Kiss the Sky and Fuel the Fire by Krista and Becca Ritchie but these two books are part of the Addicted series, which I highly recommend reading in order.
