Was Roxy's behavior justified?

I found it hard to justify Roxy’s behaviour towards Steve. She supported him at the beginning, she should have known that it would not be easy. I understand that Steve’s drunkenness was a problem and it was overwhelming for Roxy. However, I think Steve would have gone to any length to support her if the tables were turned.

For me , her actions were not justified. She was supposed to stand by him no matter what because he was going through difficult times.

Her actions were not justified at all, she was supposed it stand by him no matter what, because he really needed her.
