What inspires me... ordinary occurrences that happen every day... nature, the beauty that encompasses trees and flowers and fresh air and deep blue skies is incredibly inspiring... I'm a daydreamer for sure... most of my inspiration comes from sitting outside in the sand at the beach or sitting in the dirt and breathing in the fresh breeze and feeling the sun on my skin with a notebook and pencil in my lap... the natural world makes anything seem possible.. my family inspires me, the love of my life gives me hope that I can be as strong as I let myself become and the occasional country music song gives me some motivation to keep going hah :)

Music. Music inspires my writing more than anything. It creates the emotion I need to feel my words.

Media. Not in a copy & paste way, rather in a "what if that and that had been like this" way. These then spin into ideas completely different from the original. Or sometimes it's just a mood or theme I pick up and decide to write something conveying just that.

Something that inspires me is bad writing. How often do you pick up a book or short story and know exactly what you would do differently? Particularly some of the memoirs of twenty or thirty somethings...the slang and profanity have dated the story before it was even published...reading bad books inspires you to write better

everything...everything inspires me. re-reading old books and discussing them, asking my friends what they like to read and then asking why they like it. Seeing others imagination create something awesome though, has always been the biggest inspiration to me.

You may be an individual donor, have a family foundation, serve as a financial advisor, pastor a parish or represent a Catholic organization.there is someone who provides inspiration. They either want to be like that athlete through work ethic or accomplishments, or they are inspired to beat a competitor on their respective field of play.

At the present, politics inspires me. Screwy statement I know, but for the project I am working on presently, I am finding myself devouring politics both here in Australia and overseas, examining the way people in political circles behave, connive, strategize and relate to those around them.

I'll be kinda glad when this project is over...because, if I'm honest, I really don't like politicians.

Remembering that I wanted to read this story, but that I wasn't able to find it - so clearly I need to be the one to write it.

Everyday acts can be twisted into entire stories. I could find inspiration in gum stuck to the bottom of my shoe if I had to. Some ideas just need more thought to develop actual original stories. So I guess I people watch.
