I greatly love books on personal and professional development. The idea of ten Behavioural Change Principles® (BCP®) sounds quite interesting. I think it is the most important since address mental health. Most times mental health is actually underated but it actually the most important aspect of health. This is a great review.

Even though I'm not a big fan of philosophy, the review made me pause and I may end up adding this book to my collection. By providing insider information about the author, the interview with the author also aided in giving this book a little more personality.

This book is an amazing one. The concept of this book helps for personal development and growth. I also suggest the author should edit the book properly to minimize distractions while reading the book. Great review.

I enjoyed your review; it was honest and descriptive. The sample I read was thought-provoking and very inspiring. I especially liked the part where the author compares the human mind to the computer. I would certainly love to own this book one day.

I really like the message that you are not perfect and consist of good and evil, but it is important to find a balance. I can see that there are other weighty ones in the book. But it strikes me as yet another self-help book telling many of us what we already know and have done.

I always like to read self-help books. This one also assists its readers in improving their ways so that they can hone their higher-order thinking skills in their respective fields. Moreover, it will help them to change their personality positively.

....the author consistently encouraged viewing yourself and others from a non-judgmental perspective. He acknowledges that you are not perfect and consist of good and evil, but it is important to find a balance. You are you, and the results from applying these principles are unique to you. The lessons are practicable, with exercises that involve deep thinking and thorough practice included at the end of each principle, and they can be applied by different kinds of people in different fields.
-I agree with this,100% and it has motivated me to put the effort myself. Thank you for a great review.
