Have you ever tried to lose weight? Are you sick of following restrictive diet plans? Then this is the book for you. Eat Yourself Into Shape by Andrada Badi is a book about how to shape ourselves healthily. The author explains a balanced and safe food plan for losing weight. The book is only 56 pages short and covers nutrition balance, hunger management, a healthy meal plan, mind-body balance, quick recipes, and workouts to try. It also discusses how to maintain our body's calorie and water content. There are many more simple ideas for novices to follow a productive plan to gradually lose weight.

What I liked best about this book is that it doesn't have any strict dietary guidelines. I've been trying to lose weight for the past month and have tried several diet programs, but I'm finding it tough to stick to the plans because it's difficult to cut back on my meals abruptly. As a result, I almost lost interest in losing weight. The simplified and steady growth of proper food consumption described by the author in this book is, in my opinion, safer and simpler than drastic changes in diet. The author's quick recipes are interesting content in this book. I tried one of the recipes, vegetable pudding, and it was amazing. The dishes were limited, but they included the right proportion of nutrients and looked great. For better understanding, the author also included images of the quick recipes and the workouts. The author provided thorough information on the workouts she specified, as well as the proper way to perform them. Because most healthy meals are more expensive, the author includes ideas for purchasing groceries less expensively. Another excellent aspect of this book is that it does not only provide us with the simplest plan to follow but rather instructions for a new lifestyle that will lead to shedding our body fat, not only for outer beauty but also for interior health. There are no typos or grammatical errors as far as I can tell. It is perfectly edited.

The flaw is that, because the food plans were excellent and simple to follow, I expected the same in the exercises. However, the author only offered a few workouts. The thorough writings impressed me and made me expect more from the author. It's a great book, but it's only 56 pages long.

I rated it 5 out of 5 stars. I've already begun the diet and workout regimens. It's just been three days, but I believe this author's strategy is superior to the others for my physical condition. As a novice who struggles to adhere to a strict exercise regimen, gym schedule, and eating plan, I found this book to be incredibly helpful. Since this book met my expectations and had no major problems, I did not reduce its rating.

I strongly recommend it to individuals who are just starting their weight-reduction journey or who are looking for a safer way to get started. In my opinion, the author’s method is considered safer because the food plans just need to be changed gradually rather than abruptly. Those who struggle to stick to a strict diet plan and make drastic food changes should rethink using this strategy; it will take longer than other plans, but I believe it will be more beneficial in the long run.
