Lack of good communication leads to relationships ending without proper explanation or understanding. And poor communication has greatly affected our society, leading to the early demise or suicide of some people because no one was there for them to communicate with in order to understand their feelings. Thanks for the great review! I just downloaded this book today and read the preface. Based on that alone, I had already decided this book was a "must read", and the review here has elevated it several steps on my priority list.
I found the topic very interesting, and felt it was presented in a very readable stile. We are assailed from all sides with different versions of the "truth", and "Keys to Healthy Communication" is just what this country needs. My only fear is that many of the folks who need it most will never read it.
