'Identify your goals and plan out what you need to do to achieve them'. It is often said that when you fail to plan, you plan to fail. We obviously cannot go through life aimlessly. Congratulations on BOTD.

I have not read a self-help book in a while and I have been looking for a way to be more productive with my goals. Journaling is something I used to do and I stopped, but this is making me think about delving into that again. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

Compelling presentation. Sadly I'm not a fan of self-help books so I'll have to pass on this one. But congratulations on being listed as Book of the day.

Thank you for your great review. I also liked how she wrote and gave examples. It seemed like a very encouraging book to me too. I have added it to my list of books to read. I have no excuse since the author was kind enough to give us the free book.

I'm not really into self-help books but this one has a certain something that might make me change my mind. The use of journals can be a way to keep track of how one is progressing in their quest to achieve their goals and I think the exercises can be quite helpful. Very detailed and insightful review, kudos.
