A big YES. Sweets are "sweet", good for satiety. But drinking mouthful of water after that is a must, else dental caries will haunt.

The concept of a dessert after a meal is foreign to me. Here, we just eat and enjoy our meal. It's a new concept to me.

Yes, I take desserts after my lunch but I seldom take desserts after taking dinner.

Dessert... The sweet temptation that catches our atention even if we don't need to eat more 😁 That enclosuring moment that we look for when we start our meal. I must confess I love a good and sweet dessert but most of the time I choose fruit to avoid such a luxurious meal 😊🍰🍴.

Generally no. I don't really have a sweet tooth. In fact, I rather dislike sugar. The only deserts that I like are creme brulee and cheesecake, so if these are available at the restaurant while eating out, I would be tempted but would share.

I only do dessert when I'm still hungry after a meal. I generally don't eat too much. Dessert had side effects. Too much sugar is detrimental to one's health.

I almost always consume dessert after my meal. It is best part of the whole process.

Yes, if always given the chance. It doesn't always have to be the grandest though. Something that is cheaper as long as sweet is enough. I think it’s a prerequisite

I always seem to crave something sweet and chocolatey after meals, but I don't have to have a big dessert. And I try to stick to healthier sweets such as organic dark chocolate, something made with dates or natural ingredients prepared at home.

I usually eat some kind of dessert after dinner. It could be junk food or something healthy, as long as it's sweet.
