Forgiveness wins over revenge! Hatred is inner chaos. I'm certain I will learn the message of the power of forgiveness in this book by Amora's character. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

Beautiful Amora with pain of losing beloved daughter. The entangled emotional state or journey of her whether to forgive the culprit or not. The review is really good and helpful. Thanks for it.

Personally, I usually do not look forward to reading books written as a history of Rome, Ancient Greece, or any of those from that era. Given the back story, however, and the exquisite way in which the author writes the story, I cannot help but be intrigued and fascinated with "Amora." The way in which the story begins, with the opening scene one of suspense and intrigue, is a major hook before bringing us into the previous years of the story leading up to the opening. Brilliant. :tiphat:

The way the book was written grabbed my attention. I was disgusted by their way of living but the fact that Natali's question started a new thought process excited me.

Amora sounds like a book that has heavy emotions—more negative than positive, I'm afraid. Thus, I won't be picking it up, but I hope it reaches its intended audience. Congrats on the BOTD!

As a Christian, I can appreciate the message, value, and strength this story and Amora had to endure. I love how powerful and touching the theme was. Even though the book is fiction, the lessons in the story can be applied to real-life. Thank you for writing an honest and captivating review.

Grant J. Hallstrom's 'Amora' is an expertly woven tale of love, loss, and forgiveness. A vivid portrayal of early Christian persecution in Rome, the narrative highlights the heart-wrenching struggles between vengeance and forgiveness. Amora's resilience and spiritual journey are nothing short of inspiring. I recently reviewed this and I loved it. Congratulations on being BOTD!

This is a book that reminds us of such an intricate and excruciating moment when one has to either walk the path of vengeance or the path of forgiveness.

A really strong woman is depicted on the stunning cover. I find myself pondering how I would choose between forgiveness and retaliation as I read about the plot. I'm interested in reading about the protagonists' perspectives and justifications. The book has the impression of being one with strong emotions.
