Heather's story reflects that of most of us. At some points, we feel so broken and reflect back on what we may have wronged or what those before us in our lineage did wrong. I will choose a motivational book like this any day. Thanks for a free copy.

It is evident from this review, that this book is not only emotional, but is packed with moral lessons and motivations for victims of child abuse. Good job!

Your review of Heather is heartwarming and inspiring. It is amazing how people can grow up in an abusive family and still come out ahead. When this happens, the saying What doesn't kill you makes you stronger makes a lot of sense. It is good that you recommend this book to people who have suffered abuse because many of them need to know the stories of others like them in order to find the inspiration to persevere. Enjoy your day!

According to the Bible, we cannot take the sins of another; only Christ can do that. I am glad that the author was able to find peace and heal. Thanks for the review!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on "Heather: Tuu Maia Lou Lima Give Me Your Hand" by Steven A. Yagyagan. It's clear from your review that this book had a profound impact on you, especially with its exploration of difficult themes like child abuse and the resilience of the human spirit. It certainly sounds like a must-read for those interested in powerful, emotionally-driven narratives.

It is sad that child abuse and family mistreatment still exist in society, and those subjected to them are helpless. Heather coming out of such an environment and having a kind, pure, and loving heart is just amazing and gives hope. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

It is always difficult to read about child abuse and I’m sure Heathers story is unfortunately, one that many children go through. However, Heather growing up to be a kind and compassionate person, is a story of forgiveness and hope and everyone needs a bit of that. I look forward to reading this book. Thank you for a wonderful review!

Today's BOTD tells Heather's story of hardship, challenge, and 60 years of abuse. However, it's also one of inspiration and hope, especially to those whose lives have been affected by abuse. Heather kept moving forward, and you can too. ❤ Thank you for your review!

Heather endured 60 years of abuse! Oh my! I downloaded my free copy though I'm not sure I can bear to read about such a tortured life. I am glad that she turned out to be a good person despite her travails.

It's sad that Heather went through so much at such a young age. This doesn't sound like my kind of book, so I'll pass on this one.

This novel talks about the tragic events that happened to Heather, especially in her childhood. I like the fact that the book starts in American Samoa, which is a place I've never read about. Congrats on BOTD!

The book sounds really heartwarming and heart-wrenching but books about child abuse are not for me. Still I admire the author's strength and her ability to remain kind and loving after all the hardships she had endured. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I was very interested in the plot of this story after reading the reviews, but unfortunately, despite my interest in the subject, I had to put the book aside. Finding out that as a little kid the main character has become a victim of child abuse is immediate block for me, I want nothing even remotely connected to this monstrosity near me and therefore will have to pass it. Still congratulations on BOTD!

Thank you for this beautiful review. This review tugs at my heartstrings as it reminds me of someone I know. A child who grows up through an abusive childhood and is still able to find forgiveness, healing, and exercise kindness is nothing short of a miracle. Such human beings I feel go through the fire and truly turn into the golden spirit that serves to light the way for most of humanity. I do not believe it is our parent's sin but rather a curse of shadows that is broken by Heather for her entire generation of family (including ancestors). Sounds like a story of great depth, I shall note it down.
