Eli, Tori, and Christian went to the same high school but they go their separate ways. Eli is gay and Tori respects Eli's sexuality and he and Christian meet through a dating website. This story reveals gay couple's hardships and how they are treated by society. Congrats on BOTD.

Thanks for a very honest review. It's nice you clearly described who the book is recommended to. Although I don't support homosexuality, I believe reading this book would be worthwhile to view things from their perspective. Congrats on winning BOTD.

"The One" by Tyler Cook is a book full of emotions narrated in a relaxed tone. Of the twenty characters in the book, only a few of them are well thought-out. I like how the friendship between Eli and Tori is described. The book is well written.

The central friendship between Eli and Tori sounds very heartwarming and loyal. Their bond in the face of adversity makes for an inspiring subplot.

This book gives us an exciting and romantic story, where Eli, the protagonist, finds himself on an adventure where love successes and failures are the order of the day. Aspects such as gender identity and homosexuality are present in the reading. And most importantly, a beautiful love story with a good plot.

Tori seems like a great friend. Fate got both Eli and Christian to meet again after 4 years. It will be interesting to read where their relationship takes off. From your review, it is clear that erotic content is limited, and we see more of a budding romance. I look forward to reading a heartwarming story.

What a nice story about friendship and romance. I have especially liked the loyalty from one friend to the other; this is a story of trust, patience, acceptance, maturity, and love.

Romance novels seem to only focus on a few characters, which I don't quite enjoy. However, the main point about accepting individuals is one that I find admirable. Congrats on BOTD!!

In reading this book, I gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals. I found the book to be thought-provoking and insightful, and I appreciated the author's nuanced perspective on this complex topic. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in learning more about the experiences of LGBTQ+ people.

Ever since homosexuality was approved in most states in the U.S, many gay people have come out publicly to reveal their sexuality, though not everyone receiving the news embrace it positively.
-Our society is as such, that it's difficult to embrace it positively, but I will do my best not to be that way and read the novel. Thank you for an open minded review.

Today's BOTD is a romance novel with elements of suspense, adventure, and drama. Readers of the LGBTQ genre will enjoy following Eli's journey as he tries to find lasting love with a partner that appreciates him as much as he does them. Thank you for the helpful review! Bravo! :-)

I was raised in a multicultural family, so the tolerance of other people's differences was a necessary skill taught to all of us in childhood. To this day, I am quite baffled by inability to accept someone as he is. After all, you make friends with person not preferences. No offense, but I would like to avoid reading about discrimination. Congrats, anyway!
