a spooky thriller mixed with science fiction and paranormal elements. The story starts when Jashua and a couple of his buddies see an odd man dressed in a dark suit in their dreams. Their everyday lives are impacted by these nightmares, which drain all of their vitality. Joshua and his father travel across time, and that's where the adventure starts, as the parents try to make sense of what's happening. Congrats on BOTD.

Thank you for your review.
I find the concept of time manipulation.
The happenings in Adelaide sounds dark and captivating.
Congratulations to the author!

This book concept is very interesting.
I am a lover of the time manipulation possibility.
The happenings in Adelaide have me very curious.
The mysterious man and his dealings sound like a mystery that is worth following.

Paranormal stories are so not my favorite but I commend the person who wrote the review. Great work.

Hi, Vivian, I enjoyed reading your concise and honest review of Kaleidoscopic Shades. I read the sample offered on Amazon. Just like you, I came across several rarely-used words. The author has an amazing vocabulary, and this enhances the reading of the author's work. I am sure the author will appreciate your commentary as it will help the author improve the readability of the book and bring it to a perfect rating. :techie-studyinggray:

Great review! What an interesting entry for the dark fantasy/sci-fi genre! This seems like a book that I may not pick up right off the back, but would do so when the mood strikes right.
I wasn’t able to understand the story until I got to the middle of the book. I think the author should have arranged this work in a much more understandable way. I wouldn’t say I liked how the characters were introduced in the middle of the book. For instance, Kylie wasn’t mentioned until the ending of the book, and she was Joshua's classmate. Most of the characters weren’t developed. Even though Ruby was mentioned at the beginning of the book, I still didn’t get to know what her role was in the book.
Admittedly, this causes some hesitation for me. There are plenty of things that can mess up a good story, but nothing quite does it like poor execution. I did see it mentioned on the Amazon page that there’s supposed to be a sequel, so maybe those characters that were not well-introduced/developed will get their due then? Even if that’s the case, you could still argue that they should’ve been set up better.

This book focuses on the peculiar events happening worldwide and star people whom I don’t know whether they are friends or enemies. The selection of weapons that the man in black uses is truly peculiar, and I never heard about it before which once again works to its advantage. Congrats on #BOTD

Amazing book. a gradual build-up of fear during the course of the book, beginning with a vague sense of discomfort and progressing via slightly increased palpitations and a dry mouth to pure gut-wrenching and crushing panic at the novel's conclusion.

Your detailed review of "Kaleidoscopic Shades: Within Black Eternity" has truly intrigued me. The blend of paranormal elements, a mysterious man in black, and the intricate journey of Bob and Joshua adds a captivating layer to the story. Your insights into the positive aspects, especially the connection with Joshua and the portrayal of love, make it sound like a compelling read.

While I appreciate your honesty about the initial difficulty in understanding the story's flow, the prospect of unraveling a complex narrative in the middle of the book piques my curiosity. The introduction of characters like Kylie and the minimal errors due to professional editing are encouraging factors.

Your 3 out of 4 stars rating, despite the noted drawbacks, suggests an overall enjoyable experience. I'm curious to explore the world of "Kaleidoscopic Shades" and witness how the characters evolve throughout the mysterious journey. Thank you for sharing your thoughts; I'll definitely be adding this book to my reading list!
