Jude Deveraux

Post by alegator28 »

Hello!

This is my first post on this site and I hope everyone welcomes me warmly :D
I have been a big fan of Jude Deveraux for years and was looking for another good romance writter. I have read Danielle Steele and didn't particularly like her. Any recommendations?

Thanks! :)

I am also a fan of Jude Deveraux, and felt the same about Steele. I would say maybe you should try Johanna Lindsey or Christine Feehan? Or perhaps Elizabeth Boyle. I loved them all.

I hope that helps! :D

Have you read Nora Roberts? She is by far my favourite writer in the romance genre.

I too am a huge Jude Deveraux. I've read a couple of Danielle Steel novels, but she's definitely not one of my favorites. Some other authors whose books I've really enjoyed are Julie Garwood and Judith McNaught.

I am a Jude Deveraux fan also but I lean more to her historical books than her contemporary ones. Which ones do you prefer? I prefer historical romance so if you like that genre I highly recommend Mary Balogh. She is a wonderful storyteller.
