Fried to perfection, the plantain chips offer just enough resistance to feel satisfying before yielding to the teeth.

My passion for plantains knows no bounds. I indulge mashed, roasted, grilled and boiled variations. Yet nothing compares to the decadence of fried plantains.

The frying alchemy elicits the plantain's ultimate sweetness and most irresistible textures. This humble fruit becomes transcendent in the fryer's heat, unlocking tropically-infused nostalgia with each perfect chip. Fried plantains remain my forever favorite, the pinnacle of plantain preparations.

Plantains are awesome. I love them once they're over ripened. Best way to have them is definitely deep fried until golden and then smashed!

Plantain is one of my best favorite though but the writer didn't tell us how he or she eat it, coz It can go together with meals like rice, beans and also with fried eggs and also it can be served in different ways, it can be by frying, boiling and also roasted.

I love making plantains into “tostones” by frying them, smashing them down and lightly salting them for a snack with guacamole. I love plantains like this, but I’ve honestly never had them prepared any other way.

I love plantains. In my culture, we make something called turon. The plantains are wrapped in spring roll wrappers and coated with caramelized brown sugar. Then they are deep-fried until crispy.

Plantains are a versatile staple in my kitchen. I enjoy them fried to a golden crisp for a savory side dish or ripe and sweet for a delightful dessert. Their flexibility in both sweet and savory dishes makes them a kitchen favorite.

I don’t really know anything about plantains. I love plantain chips but that’s the only interaction with plantains I’ve had

Plantains is the best thing created by God. I enjoy eating them when fried or roast or even boiled. They're just sweet.

I've never tried plantains. I do love bananas though. Are plantains similar to bananas in taste and texture? or do they just look similar?

I love plantain chips, but I don't like either bananas or plantains.
