Macaroni and cheese is a classic comfort food that has the ability to instantly make any day better. It's a dish that brings back memories of childhood and is often associated with feelings of warmth and security.

Maryalle wrote: 02 Aug 2018, 23:31 Comfort food is one of the greatest categories in food, in my opinion. Everybody has a different one and because humans aren't just one-dimensional beings, every person probably has differentiating comfort foods that they go to depending on the circumstances.

My top 5 comfort foods, in no particular order:
- Burgers
- Sinigang pompano (a Filipino soup that uses the pompano fish)
- Sandwiches (specifically a Subway sandwich with herb and cheese bread, turkey, swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce, banana peppers, chipotle sauce, and mayo)
- Chips and dip
- Rice and any type of roll (spring roll, pork rolls, etc.)
I need to try this Sinigang pompano.

Hmm, this is a tough one. My go to comfort oodles would most likely be rice. It is easy to get and make. It doesn't require a lot.

My comfort food is samp and beans with stew. Lentil soup with some brown bread
A tub of ice cream with some pudding
Dried fruits with lots of snacks
You know what ...its not easy to choose when the sight of food just makes you happy.
