The unique concept of multiple 'Earths' in David J. Lebenstein's 'Sent to Watch' creates an intriguing foundation for the story, particularly with the detailed surveillance of Earth 48. The distinction of right-handed natives and the agents' immersive roles on this Earth also add depth and novelty to the narrative. Congrats on BOTD.

The premise of this scifi novel may seem complex but judging from the review, the author made it an easy read. I was always fascinated by the idea of parallel Earths so this is a fun concept for a novel.
Scifi can be a tough read but thank you for encouraging us to give this one a try!

In my view, the reviewer has provided a thorough overview of the book's plot, characters, and themes. The overview presents the Interplanetary Intelligence Service and the several "Earths" that make up the confederation, succinctly summarizing the primary plot. This makes the setting and main conflict of the book very evident to prospective readers. The reviewer's involvement with the story is apparent as they address how the book gave them a sense of narrative immersion. One of the book's strong points is this immersive experience.

Wow. The interplanetary intelligence service? What is it? And how does it operate? Who make up this intelligence agency? How did they watch over the difference Earths? I find this sci-fi novel to portray a very interesting story. I will check it out.

This is a captivating and well-executed science fiction tale with detailed world-building and engaging plot. The seamless integration of character names (earth 48 and native names), places, and events enriches the experience, making it easy to get lost in the story.

"Sent to Watch" by David J. Lebenstein is a science fiction novel about the Interplanetary Intelligence Service, which monitors 52 different "Earths." The focus is on Earth 48, where agents, disguised with local names and appearances, face various challenges. I found it thrilling and highly recommend it to science fiction and fantasy fans.
