Thank you for the great review of "Hattie Vavaseur" by M. Rebecca Wildsmith.
This sounds like a really good book that can make you laugh and I love the setting. At first it sounded pretty maudlin but the reviewer wrote the review well so we all get the idea that this is a group of characters that romp through an entertaining story.

This seems to be an interesting crime thriller book full of mysteries. What caused Hattie's memory loss? I would love to read the book and find out. Congratulations on being the BOTD.

Not knowing something can be frustrating, especially when you’re trying to recall what you've forgotten. This seems to be Hattie's experience. I'll never understand why people let their pride prevent them from seeking clarification when they're confused, but I believe this novel will shed light on that. It looks promising, and based on the review, there’s more to it than meets the eye. I can’t wait to find out. Thanks for the great review and Congratulations to the author on BOTD.

It is exciting whenever the storyline involves a lot of guessing. The plot about Hattie not remembering anything quickly takes me to the famous Bourne series. I am curious to know how Vamelda and Hattie discover the secrets. Thanks for the review. Congrats on the BOTD!

What a delightful review! You've perfectly captured the essence of 'Hattie Vavaseur' by M. Rebecca Wildsmith. I'm intrigued by the book's unique blend of mystery, paranormal, and romance elements, set against the backdrop of 1920s Cornwall, England. Your description of the characters, particularly Hattie's transformation and Vamelda's quirky personality, has me eager to meet them. I appreciate your warning about the episodes of violence, and I'm relieved to know that the book is free of profanities and explicit content.

I completely agree with your review! 'Hattie Vavaseur' by M. Rebecca Wildsmith is a captivating tale that masterfully weaves together mystery, suspense, and paranormal elements. The author's vivid descriptions and use of language reminiscent of the 1920s era added to the story's charm. I also appreciated the well-developed characters, especially Hattie's growth and Vamelda's eccentricity. The incorporation of humor was a lovely surprise, making the story even more enjoyable.

"Hattie Vavaseur" is a compelling exploration of memory, identity, and self-discovery. M. Rebecca Wildsmith weaves a poignant narrative around Hattie, an elderly woman whose fragmented recollections become the backbone of a deeply moving story. The novel masterfully balances the past and present, as Hattie's journey through her memories reveals long-buried secrets and truths about her life and relationships. Wildsmith's lyrical prose and rich character development make this a standout read, offering a profound look at the resilience of the human spirit. This book is a heartfelt and thought-provoking tale that lingers long after the final page.Great review ,keep it up .

Hattie strikes me as a strong character who is willing to do anything for her public reputation, even if it's not what she would personally want. Thanks for your wonderful review.

I can understand Hattie's reluctance to make her memory loss known. People are quick to jump to conclusions and may well not give her the respect she deserves. Action, mystery and suspense with some humour and romance is right up my ally! Thank you for your informative review.

I completely agree—Hattie's determination to maintain her public reputation, even in the face of personal struggles, makes her a compelling character. It's fascinating to see how her priorities and perceptions evolve throughout the story.

I enjoyed reading your review as much as I had with the book. Hattie's transformation from a snobby, confused woman to a more self-aware and humble person was quite was a great walk in character development. The addition of quirky characters like Vamelda and her niece added a delightful layer of humor and charm to the story. The mystery kept me engaged, and I appreciated how all the threads were tied up by the end. A thoroughly enjoyable read.
