Indian food is popular worldwide. It is generally having spices and chillies to give it that particular flavour. Do you like to take Indian food? How often?

Also, most people think that all the Indian dishes are tongue-numbing hot! It's not! They just need to try spicy dishes that are well-balanced. Not the fanciful ones that are filled with chilies simply because they could.

Unfortunately, I have such a sensitive tongue. It does not tolerate any spicy food at all. If I do eat spicy food, my tongue burns and it is quite uncomfortable. So I have to stay away from some delicious foods.

I love spicy food! Indian food is one of my favorites, for those who can't handle spicy food I'd suggest a glass of milk on your side to get used to it, eventually you will be handle spicy food but it takes to develop the tolerance.

Indian food doesn't have to be spicy; there are many non-spicy dishes too. Personally, I love spicy food. A helpful tip for enjoying Indian dishes is to eat yogurt with them. Plain yogurt or yogurt with vegetables like cucumber can help cool the spices in Indian dishes.
