To be kidnapped during the happiest moment of your life by the wives of the people you put away is truly a tale of unfortunate events. I can easily see this book being turned into a action-packed film that follows Lou on the journey to get Kate back. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

Thank you for an informative review. The book’s setting which traverses Canada, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and Halifax would have required a great research effort by the author should make for really interesting reading.

It looks like an interesting thriller novel as danger looms against their marriage. While it looks interesting, I am not a huge fan of romance suspense, so I think I will skip the book for now. Thank you for your review!
