Reading about the character Pic in AWE: A Technothriller by Pierre R. Schwob brought my mind back to how fake news can be very detrimental to the lives of people and organizations. If not handled will lead to serious sometimes irreversible damages.

It seems the protagonists in the book have developed an entity to avert a catastrophe in our world. This book has action all along the way, taking us to Palo Alto, Moscow, Tokyo, and Beijing. Will the protagonists succeed?

Pierre R. Schwob is the 1% author who can produce such a science fiction masterpiece like AWE. I liked reading the sample of the book and I can't wait to read it all. I sensed an intense a powerful literature by the scientific author, how significant.
The review was great thought I would prefer it if a bit more said about the narrative and the writing style. Thank you for the nice review.

It is intriguing how the story of Galileo and his remarkable aptitude for languages and mathematics is linked to the UAV project capable of locating the lost city of Atlantis and to the modelling of climate change. The aspect of the system to counter the spread of fake news is very striking. Sounds interesting.

I love science fiction but the thing that grabbed my attention most from the sample was the bit about Galileo. I wish it went more in depth into his life more, maybe it will, but I found myself getting lost and easily distracted after finding out that Vydolda is Vladmir Putin. :eusa-think:

There are a lot of scientific concepts in this technothriller, this informative novel, that demands our attention. This informative plot provides huge knowledge regarding climate change and its vulnerable consequences. I would love to know what goes on further with PARI and its missions.

'Galileo’s story is just the tip of the iceberg. At the Palo Alto Research Institute (PARI), led by van Eyck, a private entity primarily dedicated to research, one of the current projects involves designing a UAV capable of locating the lost city of Atlantis and remaining submerged for twenty years.'
I find this book very interesting.

AWE: A Technothriller by Pierre R. Schwob skilfully combines a compelling story with contemporary concerns like disinformation and climate change. Galileo's voyage is interspersed with PARI's audacious projects, such as space elevators and AI advancements. This provocative book provides action as well as insightful information.

Great review of Awe! A technothriller might appeal to some, but I am not one of them. A new Artificial Intelligence system sounds interesting, and climate change is a topic that most people are concerned about, but I am going to pass on this one.
