“The Visible Subconscious” by Ponz Manantan covers a journey into the depths of the human mind uncovering the powers that lie within the subconscious. This book will help readers unlock their subconscious minds and use it in everyday activities. Ponz uses several heartwarming scenarios in the book to demonstrate the power of the subconscious mind. I have always wondered how hypnosis works and one of the scenarios explains it. Ponz always tells the participants to give their visible subconscious a name so that they can summon it whenever they want to. This book is well written and enlightening even for a person new to this topic. The book is recommended for anyone interested in psychology, self-improvement, personal development and self-awareness. It brings back fond memories of the psychology courses I took in college.

The review is very insightful and interesting. The Visible Subconscious by Ponz Manantan has a lot of examples, practical cases and people experiences. As noted on the review: "The book discusses the themes of self-discovery, self-awareness, personal growth, and the power of introspection". I find this very interesting. However, I don't understand why the subconscious has a different name, like a different identity; for example Laura's visible subconscious is Joseph. I am intrigued enough to add this book to my shelves, thank you for the beautiful review.

The author provides a way to access our subconscious mind and utilize its full potential for self-awareness and personal development. Client sessions help understand the method better. The author's empathetic tone prods the reader to read further.

This sounds like an interesting read, and I can tell you had a great time reading it, as the author communicated in a clear tone. I like when an author makes it easy to grasp what they write, especially when it involves issues that need practical application to oneself. However, hypnosis is not a topic that interests me; maybe in storytelling, I might find it an interesting mix. Thanks for the detailed review, and congratulations to the author for being selected as BOTD.

Wow! This sounds like a really amazing book. It's incredible what Ponz Manantan, the author, was able to achieve with Laura, Ethan, Sam, and many others in this book. Unlocking the deepest parts of my mind, making the invisible visible, and revealing the untapped potential of my subconscious mind is something I would be very interested in. I will definitely get through this book. Huge congrats on being Book of the Day!

The writer probably guides readers through different psychological ideas, explaining how earlier experiences mold the subconscious mind, the part it plays in creativity and decision-making, and how individuals can alter limiting beliefs formed by subconscious thinking. Discussions might cover dreams, symbols, and other subconscious expressions to highlight its impact on conscious life. Methods like meditation, self-hypnosis, or journaling could be suggested as practical ways to access and influence the subconscious.

The mind is one of our most powerful tools and yet it is also one we don’t know a lot about. This review piques my interest in how we can delve more into the mind and find secrets of this beautiful organ of ours. The addition of case studies further intrigued me. The combination of this interesting review, evidence to support its theories and my interest in the mind and subconscious means i’ll be adding this to the the list for future reading

Thank you for such a thorough and insightful review of The Visible Subconscious! I was particularly intrigued by the idea of giving a name to one's visible subconscious, as it seems to make the connection with it feel more personal and tangible, like Laura naming hers Joseph. The way the author blends hypnosis with the concept of self-improvement and personal transformation sounds fascinating, especially with examples like Ethan's journey with Blue. I'm also impressed by how Ponz Manantan explains complex concepts in an accessible way. It seems like this book could be a great tool for anyone seeking to explore their mind and harness the potential of their subconscious. Your review has convinced me to give it a try!

Great review! I love knowledgeable books about the human brain, the power of hypnosis and past life regression. I've only read the sample, but I'm definitely going to finish this one. One of my favorite movies was "Audrey Rose" where the little girl died in a car fire in a past life and when the hypnotist regressed her, she died again. Nothing this monumental happened to Matt the first patient the author tells us about, but still it was interesting, especially when he was suited up in armor riding toward a battle in 1652 France. And the reviewer tells us that the author has beautiful interactions with Laura and Ethan, so there are several more cases to read about. I really enjoyed this one.
