As highlighted by the review, the book deals with up-to-date and urgent themes of our society's modern history such as religiously motivated international terrorism, Iran’s nuclear threat, and Russia’s shady role in it. It is crucial to talk about this side of facts and spead knowledge about what happened and is happening.

Jack Winnick's "The Devil in False Colours" has successfully mirrored the contemporary society where killings are done for selfish reasons.
Sadly, the innocent ones are not left out of the suffering.
Congratulations on BOTD.
Nice review.

"Devil in False Colors" follows Mossad agent Uri Levin and FBI agent Lara Edmond as they investigate a deadly hate crime at a Jewish preschool, uncovering deep political and religious tensions. It is a must read book. Congrats on being BOTD!

Your review of Devil in False Colors highlights some compelling aspects of the novel, particularly its exploration of geopolitical issues and the integration of historical events. The character development, especially that of Lara, adds depth to the story.

The politically charged points you mentioned certainly offer a lot to consider and can lead to varied interpretations among readers. It’s great to hear that you found the book enjoyable and a fast read, as it seems to resonate well with fans of thrillers that touch on international affairs.
Looking forward to reading it as well!!

As others have said, you did an amazing review. You did a good job of explaining the complicated nature of Devil in False Colors. This is an intriguing book with heavy geopolitical content; those who are interested in the Middle East would likely find Devil in False Colors informative and insightful. I was hooked after reading just the first couple of chapters. I will definitely put this book on my “want to read” bookshelf!

The things that may make some turn their noses up actually made me respect the author a bit more.
Not many are willing to say something that is so clearly going to ruffle feathers.
He tackled many things that it seems that too few are willing to speak about. The political aspects, the religious, terrorism, and how much more complex and far-reaching it is than people know. Or if they do, they don't want to acknowledge it.
While this may be fictional, there are enough elements that are entirely possible.
A gripping read by a talented author.

This book sounds really well written and fascinating. The concept is pertinent to the times we live in. I adore how it incorporates true events while yet being fiction. It almost qualifies as historical fiction, which I can usually enjoy due of its plausibility. Congrats on BOTD.

Terrorism is evil everywhere because they have a single mission which is to inflict pain and kill. It's a beautiful plot having two people, Uri and Lara, who were once romantically involved in the past work together again and have their romantic flames rekindle. Furthermore, any terrorist activities that involves Israel and the Arabs always has a footnote of historical fact in it. This book must really be interesting to read. Thanks for the review.
