How is a cold murder case solved? Years after the victim was murdered, his daughter learns that her father may have been murdered. She and a team of detectives try to solve this cold case. There is a lot of suspense in this story and the reader will be enthralled.

In as much as I don't appreciate revenge, I like the fact that Freja is investigating the deaths of her father, Colins. Fantastic review!

“The Devil’s in the Daughter” by Melvin P. Tiley is a story that begins with an apparent suicide of Colin Jarvis, which devastated his wife Karin and his daughter Freja. Karin was suspicious of the cause of death and years after Karin’s death Freja discovers evidence that suggested foul play by Colin’s business partners. Freja moves to London to reconnect with her parents’ friends, the Guilfoyles, Jupps and Connaughtons. Freja was not about to give up on finding the truth and the police dedicated a team led by Detective Chief Dawson to help her. One needs to read the book to learn if they are successful. This book will keep readers on the edge of their seats until the last page. Readers will be guessing for quite a while as to who committed the crime.

The storytelling in the 'Official Review: The Devil's in the Daughter' by Melvin P. Tiley, sheds light on the story's main idea. The book follows Freja, who investigates her father's death. It is a tale of family secrets, betrayal, and determination. The author weaves together a web of intrigue. Also, this book is an educational tool that provides insights into psychology, forensic science, and investigation procedures. It was great to learn that readers would know about the complexities involved in solving crimes!

"The Devil's in the Daughter" by Melvin P. Tiley presents a gripping tale of family secrets, betrayal, and determination. The story is compelling enough, with well-developed characters.
Freja's determination to uncover the truth behind her father's murder with the help of a dedicated police team provides the needed edge to drive the plot forward.

Father dies because of apparent suicide, but MC thinks it's not as it seems, and someone probably murdered him. MC investigates the reason for death. It's been done many times, so don't expect too much in terms of nuance. It remains to be seen how the MC stands out from the rest.

Melvin P. Tiley's "The Devil's in the Daughter" has already caught my interest. The numerous threats will only make fearless Freda more determined in her quest to unveil and bring her father's killers to book. I hope Karin, Freja's mother is not involved in her husband's murder. I can imagine how fulfilled Freja would feel at the end. Congratulations on being BOTD. Beautiful review.

I initially assumed that Freja, the daughter, killed her father when I read the title "The Devil's in the Daughter". However, after reading the review, I'm intrigued to see who really murdered Colin. I really hope it's not Freja. I can't wait to read it!
