I do follow recipes but then I do my adaptations. For example, if I bake I always add less sugar than stated.

I am such an experimenter! I watch a lot of competitive cooking shows so they inspire me to really get creative sometimes. Even when I'm making basic meals I still add a dash of creativity by choosing some interesting spices.

I can’t adhere to any recipe. I either replace an ingredient with something else entirely, or change up the proportions. I bake and cook with my soul and that can’t be written as a recipe.

This is a great question. I learn with the recipe but I experiment as time goes on. I love to experiment and that is what I see myself as. Although, I use the recipe to learn.
