If I remember correctly, it's a large encyclopedia-like book with all the financial jargon you'll need to know, as well as her recommendations on which path to go forward based on your circumstances in life.
What I liked about it was that it was very comprehensive, easy to read, and to the point.

For example if you are a slowlaner (employee) you must save a x% from your 9-5 job, and then maybe in 40 or more years(when you are close to death) you can retire. Of course you must sacrifice the most valuable asset you can have in your life, time.
Then we got the SideWalkers, they have no plan about making investment, they just live for today and not tomorrow (than means, living with lot of debts, consumerism and don't care about a sh*t about their finances).
Finally we got the fastlane, it's an extremely fast but not easy way to get money, if you want to make millions just help millions.
I forgot tons of other things but the book it's really impresive, totally recomended.
