Are you an event organizer who wants your audience to leave the event happy? Are you an introverted person who feels uncomfortable interacting with people at a social gathering? If you are either of these persons, fear no more because The Art of Entertaining by Maggie Fleming got you covered, as this will be a relatable and informative book for you.

Maggie provides detailed information on how events should be organized, starting with the invitating guests, activities during the event, and giving feedback after the event. Maggie covers all types events, including weddings, birthdays, tailgates, and home parties, among others. The author describes every detail you need to know about the events, including how to handle dogs if you bring one, the type of gifts to bring for a specific event, and how to manage children in such events.

Several things impressed me while reading this book; starting with the captivating pictures spread across different chapters of the book and the simple choice of language used by the author. Fleming also worked to make the book as colorful as possible, from the cover page where there is a picture of a beautiful lady holding a drink, to the last page. The author divides the book into small, relatable chapters, making it an engaging read, I did it in a single sitting, and above all, the reference links on the final page of the book stood out for me. Indeed, it was a short and sweet type of novel. The book was professionally edited and I didn't encounter any grammatical errors.

I never encountered any downsides. Therefore, I rate this amazing novel 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend it to event organizers and anyone who enjoys attending events. Based on the knowledge gained from the book, I would like to be an event organizer in the future
