One of the best features of the book I am getting from the review is definitely the inclusion of links to videos to help the reader understand some exercises better. I am also happy that the pictures are helpful, but what is even more amazing is the fact that the exercises work. Many thanks for this review, @Deretha Thompson.

Nice review! I am glad that the book helped you with your sleeping problems. Although I do not like self-help books, this one seems to be helpful, so I will pick up a copy and read it. Thanks for the review.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I like how you pointed out that the goal of the book isn’t perfection but feeling calm and fulfilled. It’s great to hear the 4-7-8 breathing technique helped you with sleep. The mix of activities and weekly structure sounds really useful for building better habits step by step.

I'd appreciate this guide on sleep too.
