I prefer to read sitting up.

The only time I get to read is in bed, when I lay down.

Definitely laying down. If I read sitting up, then I go into a slouched pose, which is not very good for my back.

I can read anywhere, but I do most of my reading sitting on the couch.

I usually read while laying down. Sometimes I sit up but it's not as comfortable for me.

I have to read sitting up but a little slouched. It is probably horrible on my back but any other way I either fall asleep or get too uncomfortable.

Laying on your back on the sofa, with a cuppa on the table next to you.

Don't your arms ache when you read laying down? The last time I read a book when laying on my back - I was tired but wanted to keep reading until the end of the chapter, my eyelids began to droop and then my book smacked down on my face. And it was a hardcover! Never again. I find I'm most comfortable sitting upright and/or at a desk or table.

Sitting up against a cushion. Sometimes to sit up at a desk.

I've never really had a single position I lay in when I read because after a whole it grows uncomfortable anyway. I usually just keep changing my position the whole time I'm reading.
