Great review! Your second paragraph was particularly convincing. I like the notion of it being "less evil versus more evil." I'll have to keep this book in mind for future reading.

This reminds me of The Lord of the Rings until I got to the 'less evil versus more evil' part :) The characters soundsvery interesting especially 'Arune – a spectral sorceress in need of a body' I would love to read about her. Great review!

Book of the Day! Wow!

What a wonderful review, and it really sounds like a book that I would really enjoy! There are so many elements that I like about what you wrote, but your line...
Lovers of dark fantasy novels would be well advised to immerse themselves in this story!
...has me convinced that this would be a book that I would enjoy! It sounds like a very in-depth epic fantasy, and I do like the fact that there are multiple characters' perspectives!

It sounds like a very well-written and engaging story. The characters sound complex which is something I love. I'm not sure I'm into dark fantasy though...perhaps this could be the book to turn me over to the "dark side"? ;) Great review! It is really hard not to pick up a book with a review like this!!!

Kind of like a motorcycle club romance (lol) great review BTW it convinced me to buy the book rather than read it with my kindle unlimited. Its nice to see a review that so thoroughly explores all of the parts of the book without gibing the whole story away.
