Mmmm spanakopita! Do you make your own phyllo?
Stick some pastichio in that list and I'm coming over! Lol

I made griLled veggie pannini with aruguula salad.
That sounds awesome! I don't make my own phyllo but it does sound like some next level stuff I need to try out.

I made a "healthy" version of sweet and sour chicken last night. YUM!

The sauce was amazing!

I'm actually cooking again today. Lemongrass Chicken with Jasmine Rice and stir-fried vegies.
Life without a good book is something MrsCatInTheHat cannot imagine.

Runzas! I'm from Nebraska, and there's a fast food chain there that makes bierocks (or Runzas to them). They're basically European meat pies with cabbage, onions, spices, and sometimes cheese in a fluffy bread pocket (think hot pocket meets a kolache). I like to make big batches when I'm missing Nebraska. :)

I made pumpkin bread for our Community Garden potluck this afternoon. I can't wait to see what the other gardeners made!

The only thing I baked today was a breakfast casserole with sausage, hash browns, eggs and cheese for brunch served with fresh fruit. It was light and tasty, but cookies sound better!

I usually cook every day. I'm visiting my parents and Dad controls the kitchen. He does the cooking and cleaning, we can occasionally make our own tea- but he'd prefer to do that too. So today, I ate homemade honey biscuits made from a recipe I found. But I did not cook. They were delicious, but I imagine they would've been better if I made them. Cooking = Love displayed.

I just put a potato in the oven--heading over to the garden to get some herbs to add to it ;-)

My sweetheart is cooking today. He makes some of the best stroganoff. We thought we'd have guests but they were a no show.

I baked some lemon scones and the other day herbal yam slices in the oven my husband likes them with goats cheese. I find it difficult to bake or cook as I have an eating disorder which I hate I used to love cooking and baking and I am a good cook when I get going. I like to bake though rather than cook. I think the term baking means dessert type things and cooking means savoury dishes please correct me if I am wrong? I would like to introduce myself and say I am in Scotland I reside in a little cottage in the country with a little cottage garden full of potted plants. We have geraniums, cornflowers, and a variety of roses. I love walking, talking and reading books. My husband likes reading Ian Rankin. I prefer biographies.

That sounds delicious I used to have Merry Murphies like that when I was a child we used to put a smile on them it was great getting them out of the oven. I baked some sliced yams with herbs the other day. May I ask what kind of herbs are you adding?
