I agree and I usually don't mind lengthy books, I tend to gravitate to them; however, this one seemed to drag for me. I agree with gnome or hsimone, I can't remember which one said it, but there were so many details it took me away from the action and slowed the pace way down. Details are good and are a must in a great story, but it's easy to get bogged down; but some folks like a lot of detail, so to each his own.Jennifer Allsbrook wrote:I become rather invested in the characters and world in which I immerse myself will reading stories such as this.
