I definitely believe in ghosts and spirits! Some are people that have crossed over and some are demons. Demons are trying to corrupt people and ghosts or spirits can either be a loved one trying to help or someone who was a mean person in life can still be a mean person in death.

I do believe in ghosts. I know they are around us some stronger then others. I have been ghost hunting an do have a few cool evps an some cool voices we did not hear but were picked up on bid. So yeah I believe in them just like we need air they need energy to manifest.

I do believe in ghosts. I think that there are good ghosts and their are evil ghosts. I believe that a ghost or spirit is here because when they passed they had unfinished business with people so they can not move on. I know that believing in them may be weird because some people can't see them but there are plenty of things we believe are there that we cannot see like the air we breathe or the germs that are all around us.

I absolutely believe in ghosts. Next to reading, the paranormal has been a stong interest of mine since childhood. In fact, I had a paranormal investigation group way before seemingly every tv channel was inundated with shows about them.

Are they good or bad? Well, at least some of them used to be corporeal humans so it depends on what they were in life as to how they turn out in death. However, there are some very nasty things who were never "alive" as we know it and are definitely evil so be wary.

Although it can easily lure one in, the paranormal, be it ghost hunting or whatever, isn't something to be played around with. You never know who or what you've really invited in to your home and life...

I never had any supernatural ghostly experience before but I do know or heard about people who had. I believe there are spirits who couldn't move "on". They're stuck here, wandering for eternity. (If I'm wrong, they make good stories!) I, being a writer, love to entertain myself and my readers with haunting stories; so they're real for me.

I have been debating about this within myself for a long time. I think I am still not sure if ghosts are real. Maybe they are, maybe they're not. I am still not fully convinced. There may be a possibility of something that is above and beyond the physical though. I feel like there may be spirits, but at the same time, maybe its all just in our head. Humans have a tendency to make up things for us to believe in, to have hope, to hold onto something, because we want to give a reason/cause to things that are out of our control in this world. And that reason/cause is, ghosts and other supernatural beings.

After my recent trip to New Orleans and a Ghost Tour of that city I must admit I'm far more receptive to the idea of ghosts in our midst.

I definitely love reading ghost stories but I´m still unsure as to what I believe. The cynic in me says they don´t yet ghost stories always leave me feeling uneasy so I definitely have a fear of them. There have been so many stories about appearances and encounters that I find it hard to dismiss their existence so easily.

I definitely believe in ghosts and supernatural entities, however I would be the first to acknowledge that some of the stories and encounters are unnecessarily dramatised for attention. I believe that there are many more ghosts and spirits 'floating around' then are reportedly encountered, but unless the spirit is particularly strong they are not detectable by most humans... cats, children, and those with psychic sensitivities are definitely more in tune. Just because something has not yet been scientifically proven should not mean that it should be discounted... Magic and the supernatural are only called this because they cannot yet be explained.

This is a tricky question which I will answer within the framework of Buddhist thought:
My quick answer is "yes and no, I believe in ghosts but I also don't." And while that might sound pretty escapist of me, I would more so call it inclusive.
In Tibetan Buddhist culture, many peoples have been working with spirits for a long, long time. But if you ask a Tibetan spiritualist (they're not actually all Buddhist) if the spirits are actually there or whether it's a machination of your own consciousness, the answer will be unclear. You will most likely be warned to be very careful because some spirits are unpredictable and can do incredible psychological harm, and also be told that the entirety of existence is a work of your own mind (bogey included).
What I mean to say is that if the person dealing with the spirit is already the prey of their own mind, then a spirit can do a lot of damage, but if they are the master of their mind, they realize that the spirit is just another part of their mind and are therefor master over the spirit.
Now these people are very few and very far between and I certainly don't think I know anyone like that, but the general concept is easy to understand.
If you are not scared of yourself, then you have no need to fear any devil.
If you fear the dark parts of yourself, then the devil has already won.

Opening yourself to the spirit world is like moving to the jungle. You can be safe and stay in the city, or you can move to the jungle where there will be many beautiful adventures to be had. But in the jungle there are also jungle cats. If you know what to do when you see a jungle cat, then you have nothing to worry about.

Be at peace.

Personally I do believe in ghosts though I have never really encountered one, I had an uncle who could actually see them. I have also had out world experiences that reenforce my belief.
