Then we adjourn to our local to try and thaw out with a few Irish Coffees ... all that standing around while trying to be enthusiastic can be very trying. Then we'll have a few tunes & a song or two.
Happy Paddy's Day to all you Paddy's & wannabe Paddys

A world is born again that never dies.

All people really do here is wear green and pinch people that aren't wearing green, kind of boring...
I wear tons of green (I guess that goes well with it being my favorite color), and sadly a lot of people either don't or just use a marker and put a spot of green on their hand or cheek.
Some spirit huh?
Someday I'm going to go to Boston to watch the river run green for St. Paddy's Day (plumbers coordinated years ago and dyed the river safely green in honor) and have a green Guiness haha. Guiness colors their beers (at least on tap) green for the holiday.
I usually just compete with my twin on who can wear the most green that day without fully blending in with the hills...
Ah! my friend is in Ireland right now, she'll be there Thursday, what luck she has.
