I believe in ghosts. Yeah, it gets scary at times but not all ghosts are bad. They're like humans. Some are good and some are evil. We have what we call paranormal psychology and somethings are just beyond any explanation. Just like the knowledge or this special field in science their existence warrants respect.

I had an encounter with a mystic vapor one night as I walked into a house sitting on the beach in California. I was absolutely positive it was my father who had died a short time before.

When ghosts provide or indicate confidential information, this suggests some link to reality.

I definitely believe in ghosts. I have been a nurse for almost 30 years. I have seen patients near death communicating with loved ones who had passed. My dad died five years ago. I know that he visits me from time to time.

Yes, indeed, particularly after seeing a swirls of white fog one late evening shortly after my father dies.

That actually is a real interesting question and I'm kind of glad you posted this. Ghosts always scared me when I was younger but only because I read a lot and that made the thought of ghosts being real even bigger. In fact, I believe that everything around us as well as we all are made out of atoms. So why shouldn't dead bodies be able to come back to life in a different way? I like the thought of replacing the word ghost with the word spirit. i know, that's not the same thing, but I feel better with believing in spirits. I always imagined that ghosts are dead people, so basically everyone - the good and the bad - could come back as ghosts. For me, spirits are the purest and kindest part of someone's soul, which makes me feel better. I grew up with the thought of ghosts being real and (unfortunately) I still believe in them, even if it sometimes really frightens me.

I'm very open to ghosts existing, but I can't say I fully believe one way or the other.

I have had paranormal experiences after my dad passed, and I have seen photos of spirits so I believe there is an afterlife.

I really, really believe in ghosts, spirits, whatever word you want to put on it. I've had experiences my whole life, and know people who've had experiences as well.

I am not religious, but I believe in souls, or an essence of yourself that gets left behind after you die. Whether it's just left over energy, it's still something.

Being a Bible believing Christian, I do not believe in ghosts. I do, however, believe in biblical demonic activity posing as ghosts especially at seances. I firmly believe that we do not give enough credence to the reality of demonic activity and their attempts to confuse and mislead people. I am well aware that a good many people reading this will believe that I'm making this up but I have experienced several physical experiences while praying in Thailand in a Buddhist temple. Once you actually feel that sort of thing your entire world view shifts.

This is such a controversial topic. I do believe in lost spirits because I experienced a an unexplainable situation at a "haunted insane asylum" in Clovis, CA. It's a very intriguing subject, that's for sure.
