Exploration of culture. Nice!

I've tried several times to read this author's books. I find them confusing and not very enjoyable. I'm glad you were able to enjoy this one though.

This seems a good book to read and good source of information about Israel. Not only about romance but talks also about politics and places. Thank you for this great review.

Given the angst the author seems to be expressing in this book, I can understand that it would not be a book you read to relax. Thanks for the review.

Excellent Review. I just picked up the book today and hope to have it read soon. I'm really interested in this parallel lives scenario. And who knows, maybe I'll learn a thing or two about another culture along the way.

Your review is quite detailed and interested. Woah! you rated this book 4 out 4 stars that's impressive. I am also interested in politics so this book checks all the columns. After, reading my current book I will surely read this

This cover really needs some work! I have previously reviewed this book and did not like it. I am surprised that this review found the narrative easy to even undertsand. The book is all over the place. It jumps from one place to another and the writing, since being translated, appears not at all smoothe or anything like a story. I can say more, but my review of this book says it all.

I have read this book and also many reviews of it. There are as many interpretations as there are reviewers. That's the way Benarroch likes it.

However a reader views the story, one thing is sure. Benarroch is an author one does not easily forget. For the unique experience, I say, "Gracias, Mois!"

The concept of the book about creating a person to complete you is captivating. Many readers can relate to the themes of immigration and identity in the story. I think the cover needs work. I am not sure I would read it, but some of its themes interest me.

This is a very informative review and let's me know more of what to expect from the story. I like learning about different cultures but I'm not sure about the social issues. I usually don't read stories about social issues because they tend to drag on and repeat themselves. I will be reading this story soon, I don't like to judge a book by one or two reviews.

Your review was very thorough and honest. I'm not sure that this would be a book that I would read. I do find the premise interesting though, of becoming another self. His thought of recreating himself in order to better fit into his society is interesting and thought provoking.
