Did Jennifer Cross a Line on Thanksgiving?
Did Jennifer cross a line? Could she have found a better time and place to attempt to bring peace to the broken family?

Her heart was definitely in the right place. And, she did get the ball rolling towards figuring out how best to work together for their children.CatInTheHat wrote:I think her heart was in the right place. In the long run, she really did facilitate better family relations.

This is a good point. Maybe it's just ingrained in her to try to make her team work better together and so when she sees a conflict it's second nature to her to try to fix it.Yolimari wrote:I thought she had really good intentions, but I also felt she was crossing a line too early because she was new to the family. I also thought she was taking charge because she was used to be a leader.

Those are really good points. I hadn't thought about Jennifer's take-charge attitude in reference to this particular issue. Thank you both for the insight!ashley_claire wrote:This is a good point. I agree. Even if her heart was in the right place, it wasn’t right for her to make that move. Things like that shouldn’t be sprung on people; the kids were there, making it that much more awkward and inappropriate; and, she and Marty had basically just gotten together.ZenaLei7 wrote:Yes, I feel like she did cross a lone. She should have never done that because Marty was totally unprepared for it.
