Hes getting up there, man, time flies. It seems like yesterday he was popular. No one ever did House of the Rising Sun like he did.

70 years and he still performs, my only hope for 70 is to not crap myself daily.

Congratulations to Bob Dylan! Wish him be healthy and creative for a long time! And as John White once said: 'I've got two fathers - my own and Bob Dylan'.

Happy belated birthday Bob! I've been lucky enough to see him several times. He's simply amazing and can perform the same song a hundred different ways.

There will never be another like him. All my generation has contributed to music is half naked girls who shake their a$$. They're photoshopped and remixed a hundred times so they can reach that high F. Music used to be a poltical stage; a place for poetry and emotions. Now it's just a show for baser urges.

Okay, that's not entirely true. There are some real artists out there but they are largely brushed aside and ignored unless they agree to demean themselves.

I happened to be flipping through the channels yesterday and caught a bit of a Neil Young tribute concert. Did anyone catch that or know what it was about? I saw Dave Mathews and Nora Jones and then the sun came out and we went to the park. Wished I could of seen it.

Wow, 70 years old!

He isn't as good as he used to be, but come on, the man is a legend. Happy Birthday to him!
