I hope I'll be able to know where the cross from reality to fiction, so I can learn as a writer.
Thanks again Gary for reaching out to us.

I can't wait to read your book. Your friend, Duke, reminds me of my late husband, Bill. He left home at 15 and joined the Navy by lying about his age. It was either the Navy or reform school according to the judge. His life was one adventure after another. I met him late in our lives and we were only married 3 1/2 years before his death, but the stories he told me about his life were amazing, riding motorcycles in the barrel to crashing hand gliders in corn fields. His bucket and list were always empty! Good luck with your book!

From your letter, I feel the book must be quite something. I love books that are entertaining and will certainly want to get a hold on this one.
Thank you for the sharing.
Best,
Irene.
