I've never read a time travel book, but this sounds really good, especially with your praise of the underlying message. I marked this as Not Interested, but after reading your review, I'm going to change it to Want to Read! Thank you! I used to always think about what I would change in my life if I had a chance to do it over. While I could think of a few moments, I couldn't help but think about how changing the past would affect my present and future. I don't know if I'd want to risk that! This sounds like it is going to be a really good read! :-)

Amazing but bitter sweet story it touches most when one has chosen wrong decisions in life.
it's true that change is constant in life but nothing pains like regrets,my conclusion is that Anaya has a chance to rethink her decision on herself, careers etc. The book was full on inspiration I urge you to read it if you haven't. because I can't wait to sample it.

The Watchmaker’s Doctor by G. M. T. Schuilling is a well-crafted time-travel story of a 35-year-old Anaya trying to relive her life at 16. Will she be successful in living the life she pleased with a watch that can turn back time and a relentless effort to undo past mistakes? Let's read to find out. 😉

I like the plot and the genre. I'm sure I'll enjoy reading this book. Thanks to your thorough review.

Thanks for your candid review. I am not normally a fan of SciFi or time travel books, but I am making an exception here because the plot is intriguing and new. I will be checking this out. Well done!

This seems like an interesting take on time travel books. I like the theme that life should be lived, not survived.

The Watchmaker's Doctor by G.M.T. The Watchmaker's Doctor is the first novella in Erase and Rewind, a collection for new adults that delves into the biggest regrets of the dying, and follows their stories of what might have been. 10% of G. M. T.

I am really interested in reading this book. I love scifi and time travel is intriguing. Anaya can to go back to relive teen years with mind of 35 year old. I have always wondered what I would change if I could.

I can see how facing death and given the chance to redo a regret in the past can be appealing, especially if you have all of your experiences still in your mind. I'm glad you found the book to be riveting and compelling. Even with it being a short read, I like how there is a strong message of making every moment count. Personally, I don't believe in regrets as every action contributes to the person you are today, but I do believe that life should be lived and that we should fill our lives with joy and happiness. Thank you for the uplifting review, and I'm glad you enjoyed this one!

Ever heard of show don’t tell? But then equally total use of over description? I felt the introduction clumsy and it did not entice me to read on
