The story looks quite interesting and relatable to today's world. Sounds like the author is very talented, and has done a great job with the development of the characters and the world-building. Thanks for the wonderful review!

I like that the author incorporates a serious topic into a story with an interesting plot. It will sound shocking but not many people believe in global warming and climate change. Reading about it could help them believe. Nice review!

I really like the mix of science fiction and climate change in this book. It addresses a very important concept and even creates a dystopian like world on top of it. This sounds very interesting and I love how there is character development as well. I'm glad you enjoyed the book. Great review!

The Unborn promises to be an intriguing read as it treats with a number of ethical issues that we could possibly face in the not-too-distant future. It seems to uncover man's ability to be his worst enemy because of his selfish ambitions. Unfortunately, we seem unwilling to come to terms with the fact that the poor decisions we make today have far-reaching consequences. I have added it to my bookshelf already. Thanks for the review.

Science fiction is not really my forte, rarely I find myself interested in story enough that I read it. Unfortunately, climate change and all the attendant consequences scenarios doesn't strike my fancy. I will have to skip this book, but would like to congratulate author with BOTD anyway!

A science fiction novel that covers the topic of the negative effects of climate change. It is set in a world of water scarcity and other factors that create chaos. Despite being a science fiction story, it poses situations that could occur in the real world. I find it interesting.

This book reminds me of the books written by George Orwell specifically the novel Brave New World. I think that this book fits into the category of dystopian science fiction. I like that the author used the real threat of climate change as the basis for her story line and the twists that followed in the first book. I am also eager to read about any follow ups in the series.

Thank you for that wonderful review. I was hooked from the first sentence in this book! I love a creepy science fiction story, and I love to hate big corporations. I can't wait to finish my current book so I can dive into this one and find what the heck is going on at Forge Corporation. Just exactly what are they up to? This author has become of my favorites!

I am looking forward to digging into this book to find out how Summer will address her problem about her pregnancy with the one-child policy pushed by her husband. There is a lot of timely and relevant issues in this novel and I hope they will be addressed as carefully as possible regardless that it is a fiction novel.

The book sounds interesting. Environmental changes is a pressing problem nowadays and it is always interesting to read other people's ideas of what might happen in the future with the nature and with the people. The cover of the book is also really good and very intriguing, it immediatelly attracts the attention. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

The premise sounds intriguing, a post-apocalyptic world, a corrupt corporation bent on controlling the masses with inhumane rules by hoarding much-needed resources, and the rebels fighting for fairness. Sounds like an exciting package. Great review!
