I love watching movies but I think I prefer series. Series give you purpose of watching while movies are one-off and seem to fast-paced compared to series. Nothing can give you that build-up that spans across season or that character development or world building. Series are great for me.

I'd prefer series over movies ... longer watching time, you see!! But there have been movies that are not part of any series that I've enjoyed so much that I've watched them several times over.
