Add more about the background and Shelley's experiences, i.e. This is a memoir that chronicles Shelley life during her toxic relationship with Matthew. Shelley’s parents got divorced when she was young and coming from a broken family and poor social life, she grew up to be a very successful lawyer. She always sought attention and wanted to please people. she ended up meeting a narcissist who acted like he cared about her which resulted in her being mentally and physically abused and Matthew also manipulated her. Shelley takes readers on a long ride through the years of abuse. Shelley explained the causes and factors that effect mental health issues like personality disorders and narcissism. @Mrlefty0706
