A World Diverse III is a beautiful collection of poetry concerning the state of society and man's responsibility to his fellow man. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting collection of poetry. The author/poet utilizes his poems to express a variety of concepts but in particular the idea that life is limited and the emotions that follow for those who have lost loved ones. Well done.

I reviewed the author's second volume of poems (and the Amazon sample for this one) and know exactly what you mean by straightforward. I prefer the middle ground for poetry; some are too vague I can't decipher them. Edmond's message rings clearly, but his pieces read more like essays.

Your insights are most helpful for interested readers.

I’m not usually one to just pick up and book of poetry and read. I’m more into novels but I would be willing to give this one a try. The sample was good and I liked how it was easy to understand. 😊

I can't do poems, never could understand them. I think I will be giving this book a pass.

I appreciate that the poems discuss pertinent issues such as peace and respect among all people. We definitely need those in the world today.
I personally like straightforward and easy to understand poems, so I don't get a headache.
Interesting review.

A World Diverse 111 by David Edmond, a book of poetry which is divided into three distinct sections that work together to paint a picture of the current state of society and where the world is headed sounds interesting and I will love to read it. Great review.

While I'm not a fan of poetry, this sounds like an interesting and timely collection. I doubt I will read it but it sounds great for those that like the genre. I do appreciate your wonderful review!

This book of poetry sounds well-organized. The topics don't especially appeal to me but it seems eloquent. Culture, diversity, loss, and technology are all discussed.

This book on poetry seems easy to understand with a good author's writing style. I've read books in this genre twice, and twice I've enjoyed them. Looking forward to read this one. Thanks for the review.

Often I've seen poetry books following no structure or storyline with regards to how the poems are placed in sequence. The way this review tells of the different focuses and progression of the poetry definitely piques my interest. I'm eager to give this collection a go.

We need more poetry around us. This simple way of communicating is slowly losing traction. Poems about important topics can be passed around and discussed. They can become moto. I love that more and more lit. is dedicated to crossing the frontiers between races, genders, cultures, religions, histories. I like that more lit. talks about the loss of communication and the loss of our humanity. I like to open-ended emotional appeals. The didactic poems might have a certain appeal if they're not preachy: 'do what I do' type. I'd give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

Looking at the current state of our society seems like a great topic for this collection of poems. Between the topics of the responsibilities we have with one another, addressing loss, and grief, it sounds like the author covered a lot. I like that even with its serious themes, there's also the theme of technological advancement - makes for a more complete set of poems. Good to hear that the poems were well organized and edited well. Though this seems like it was easy to understand and emotional, I don't think this is for me, but glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing!
