Thanks for the review, love that you mentioned the practicality of the book and how it's a good read despite being for businessmen.

This would serve as a great guide to anyone considering to buy a property. The additional resources also makes the book unique. Thank you for the interesting review!

I was very surprised to learn that this book was only 92 pages long, with diagrams to boot. The writers must be very succinct. Unfortunately, the topic doesn't interest me, but thanks for the informative review.

I liked your review for highlighting items that spiced the book; take for instance graphic illustration, practicals for reads, pictures and inclusion of additional resources, they help attract readsers attention

This book seems to present the topic of commercial property investment in an interesting and engaging way. It's nice that the author includes a workshop attendee's voice throughout the book as well. I'm not in a position to try out this venture, but I'm sure many people would be! Thanks for a wonderful review.

This is a really nice book. I'm impressed on how the author differentiated the two narrators by using different formatting. He always made it straight to the point which makes it even more attractive to pick up and read as it has only 92 pages with invaluable resources. Thanks for an insightful review.

This saying about old dogs and new things? Well, I really don't believe that any amount of advice is capable to help me understand the world of commercial real estate. It sounds useful in review through, so congrats with BOTD!

This book seems packed with great tips despite its brevity. I have no funds to invest in property ATM, but I am curious to tinker with the exercises.

To develop your wealth, you have to diversify your investments not just putting all your eggs in one basket. So therefore, investing in properties, be it residential or commercial properties has proven to be a great source of wealth. I think this book simplifies what it entails if you are considering in investing in that aspect. Good review.

My husband handles our finances. I am a homemaker and don't really have an interest in investment or commercial properties, so I'll pass on this one. Great book, though! It is well written and easily understood, and I'm sure there are people out that will really enjoy and use the formula that Mr. Land provided and use quite successfully, and I suspect they'd be thankful for this book. Thank you for the review.

Although this book does not apply to my circumstances at the moment, it seems like it provides a lot of good information that might be useful if I ever decide at a later time to learn more about commercial property. I appreciate your recommendation, and I will keep it in mind!

92 pages only, makes it a quick read truly. I like business contents thus even though I'm not into property business, I believe that Mr. Lang's and Mr. John's lessons in this book would be helpful to me. Excellent review, thanks for it.
